One would think that the most expensive death on the show would be "Read Wedding" or one that involved the dragons.
Turns out that it was when Arya killed Ser Meryn Trant in season five by gouging out his eyes.
According to the showrunner, it required a lot of CGI to bring the death to screen.

But when the show made its debut, they were replaced by Michelle Fairley and Emilia Clarke.

According to a 2014 report in The Telegraph, Lena Heady (Cersei) and Jerome Flynn (Bronn) are never in the same scene because of their failed relationship.
“Jerome and Lena aren’t on speaking terms anymore and they are never in the same room at the same time," a source had told the publishing house.
“It’s a pity because they appeared to have patched things up for a while, but now the word is they should be kept apart at all costs.”
Remember in season seven finale, during the meeting at King's Landing, Bron decided to go for a drink with Podrick before the Lannisters arrived.
